1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using L'Atelier by DFI Interiors ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Store or purchase from us.

2. USE LICENSE

We grant you a limited license to access and use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from the Store
- Use the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the Store or its servers
- Scrape or use automated tools to access Store content

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

All product descriptions, images, and prices on L'Atelier are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is entirely accurate or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse, cancel, or limit orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices that apply to your order.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. We will send you an order confirmation email, which confirms that we have accepted your order. Your purchase agreement is formed when we send this confirmation.

5. PAYMENT

All payments must be made through the secure payment methods offered on the Store. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of that payment method and that the information is accurate and complete.

We use Shopify to process payments securely. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy (see separate policy). L'Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are subject to our Return Policy (see separate policy). Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of L'Atelier by DFI Interiors or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L'Atelier is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Store or products

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Store and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to variations in monitors and lighting, actual product colors may vary slightly from images.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
