PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Continental US)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Continental US)
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping is available to most addresses in the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs will be provided before you complete your purchase.

PACKAGING & CARE

At L'Atelier, we take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All items are carefully wrapped and secured in protective packaging. For particularly fragile items, we may recommend expedited or insured shipping.

DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend using tracked shipping and requesting a signature upon delivery for valuable items.

Once your item has been delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your shipment in transit.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

1. Contact us immediately at latelier@dfiinteriors.com with a photo of the damage (if applicable) and your order number
2. Provide us with tracking information from the carrier
3. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments, as timing depends on customs clearance and local carriers.

HOLIDAY & WEATHER DELAYS

During peak seasons (holidays) or in cases of severe weather, processing and shipping times may be longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
